Top Shelf

Top shelf is a grade 1 natural processed coffee aged in a second use barrel and roasted medium-light.  While the origin of coffee used will differ on availability, it will always be grade 1 and naturally processed.  The natural processed bean produces more fruit notes and when combined with the barrel aging, produces an extremely unique flavor profile.  The second use barrel moves the whiskey notes to the background, making this coffee the lightest of our barrel aged offerings.
