Peru San Ignacio Organic

Excellent coffee! Perfectly roasted.

I love every bag of coffee I've bought from Tall Texan, but Peru San Ignacio is definitely one of my favorites. I always make sure there's a bag of it in every order I place. I'm not good at describing notes and flavors or whatever, but it's just a good, smooth, flavorful roast.
