Barrel Aged Toasted Coconut

We've taken our Brazil Alta Mogiana Fazenda beans and aged them for 3 days in a freshly emptied whiskey barrel (European Oak #1 heavy char) from a local distillery.  This coffee is then roasted to a medium-dark roast with unsweetened shredded coconut.
